Pauline L. Ricketts

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving families and communities across Broward County, from helping families secure stable housing to leading projects that improve city operations and public services. Today, as a Public Administrator, I work alongside city leaders to create efficient, transparent, and responsive government that serves the people.

I believe leadership begins with listening, collaboration, and action. My experience in public service, along with my commitment to continuous learning and professional leadership, has strengthened my passion for building stronger communities. I am a proud member of other professional organizations dedicated to excellence in public service.

As a mother, I understand the importance of strong families and compassionate communities. My personal journey has inspired me to advocate for those who need support and opportunity.

I am running for Mayor because I believe Lauderhill's greatest days are ahead; Together, we can build a healthier, safer, and more connected city by strengthening neighborhoods, supporting local businesses, investing in youth and seniors, improving infrastructure, and ensuring every resident has a voice.

This campaign is about all of us, One City. One Vision. One Lauderhill. It is about working together to create a Lauderhill where every family can thrive, and every resident is proud to call home.
